Deivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
- Complimentary Delivery is offered for all orders over £350 to one address. Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery costs £10.00 and Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £25.00 per address. Please allow 5 working days for Royal Mail First Class Delivery and 3 working days for Royal Mail Special Delivery to receive your order.
- Delivery prices and times may vary for special order items. Only one charge will be made per order providing that it is being sent to one address.
- You may verify your order status or discuss sending to multiple delivery addresses by contacting us on 01782 263888.
- We are currently only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United Kingdom, and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
- For security purposes, all delivery methods require a signature.
- Please contact us for more information about International Delivery.
- Occasionally unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or strikes can delay delivery services. We hope that you appreciate that these circumstances are outside the control of Bucks Jewellers, and that we will do our best to inform you of any such problems as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in the post, we ensure you of our best attention to rectify the matter. Please allow up to 14 working days for all domestic UK delivery services.
Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us unworn, in excellent condition and in their original packaging.
- Please enclose original proof of purchase or a gift receipt with your return and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item. Sale items and Special Orders on non-returnable.
- Regrettably, items engraved, embossed, altered or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.
- When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- A prompt refund will be issued once all the information referred to above is received.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund original postage costs, and for all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of staff will contact you.
- For exchanges, where the item is less expensive we will refund the difference. Where an item is more expensive, please enclose a cheque for the difference in your returns parcel. A new receipt will be issued with your purchase.
